Who are we?
We are a firm of Solicitors based in Loughborough. The firm was established around the 1850's and whilst we have retained our traditional values, we have a modern outlook on business and on law.
We employ over 60 members of staff and have acquired a national reputation for our expertise, particularly in the field of family law.
The family department employs 4 people, including qualified Solicitors, and Paralegals. We are members of Resolution; an association dedicated to promoting constructive discussion and negotiation. We aim to resolve disputes through concilliation rather than litigation. However, if it becomes necessary to take your case to Court we will advise you fully on the procedures and give clear advice throughout.
